Youth Wellness promotes and teaches participants how to protect their mental health during their adolescence years. It provides a guide to maintain health and wellbeing, practical ways to deal with mood fluctuations, anxiety, self-esteem, and the importance of self-care and how to notice early signs and symptoms of mental illness.
Course content can be tailored to cover any concerns or relevant topics.
