Youth Mental Health First Aid Online - Wednesday 16th - Thursday 17th April

The Youth MHFA Course is designed for adults who support young people aged 12–25, equipping them with the skills to recognise and respond to mental health challenges. The course covers common youth mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance use, and psychosis. Participants learn practical strategies to provide initial help, respond to crises such as suicidal thoughts or self-harm, and connect young people with professional support. Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, this course empowers participants to foster resilience and well-being in young people.
